Highlights of the year 2023:

We continue to collect unrecyclable plastic bags for free benches from Trex. We have put two outside on the library lawn, donated one for the Turin Park, and are on our way to a fourth bench.
That means we have saved over 2000 pounds of plastic bags from the landfill. Not bad for a tiny village! Our webinar on the History of Snow Ridge with the Tug Hill Commission was a huge success. Over 100 people showed up in person, and over 700 people watched online. Snow Ridge was very thankful we had thought of this program and got the ball rolling with the Commission. Another new Storywalk was put up and greatly enjoyed by people at Whetstone Gulf State Park this summer. We still provide wireless internet for free in the library and in the parking lot 24/7. Check out our Facebook page or website for fun photos and videos of what we did this past year
