The B. E. Strong Memorial Library functions as an information center for the people in the Village and Town of Turin and its surrounding areas. It is committed to informing, entertaining, enriching, and fostering self-learning through free access to its collection of books, magazines, DVDs, services, facilities, and our many programs for young and old. It also serves as a community/art type center. We regularly display art and historical collections and provide avenues for artists and musicians. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our citizens and the community as a whole.
